A logical option when the problem is WhatsApp, not all auto repair shop reception.
The decision makes more sense when the product appears after the auto repair shop problem, not before.
A call, a WhatsApp or a pending budget do not wait for you to end up with the car. The day breaks when commercial attention depends on being available at the exact time.
A conversational inbox helps to sort messages, but it does not solve the rest of the auto repair shop's operation alone.
It fits especially when auto repair shops where whatsapp is clearly the main channel and want several people to attend better. The useful question is whether that strength matches the calls, messages, or follow-ups you are missing today.
Play a call, a WhatsApp, a typical quote or budget. Measure whether you delete manual work or just add another screen.

I would compare the final cost to your actual volume of WhatsApp.
