The contact form collects your name, email address, enquiry category and message to respond to enquiries, editorial corrections and provider documentation. Do not include patient, customer or sensitive information. Processing relies on the consent given through the form checkbox (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Hosting may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and technical logs. The contact form uses the IP address to limit abusive submissions. Processing for spam prevention, fraud prevention and service security relies on legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); applicable legal obligations may require processing under Article 6(1)(c).
You select your business country independently of the content language. When Vercel supplies a country header derived from the connection, Eleqia preselects that country if no choice has been made. You can change it and must confirm before starting. A manual or previously confirmed choice takes priority. An IP location does not verify a business address: travel or a VPN can produce an incorrect suggestion. The application does not store your IP address as part of the diagnosis or change your language or redirect you automatically.
Answers are processed in your browser. The selected country and, for field service, diagnostic answers may be stored in sessionStorage for the tab session to retain context. Recommendations do not require your name, phone number or email address. You can change the country, restart the diagnosis or clear site data.
Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept analytics. It may receive visited pages, technical device information and events such as diagnostic starts and completions, whether results were found, language changes and provider link clicks, with the business country, content language and provider identifier. Contact form contents are not sent to Analytics. Processing relies on consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie settings in the footer.
Only after analytics consent may we store UTM parameters, the referring domain and entry path for the session to measure campaigns. Eleqia currently does not install a Meta advertising pixel. New tracking technologies will require updated policies and the appropriate consent.
Vercel provides hosting and infrastructure; Resend delivers form submissions to our email address; Google provides optional analytics. They may process the data needed for those services. We do not sell data or share contact form data with software providers for marketing. Disclosures may also be required by law or requested by you.The email mailbox provider may also process received enquiries for delivery and storage. Data comes from what you submit, your browser and connection; we do not buy personal profiles. Required contact-form fields are necessary to process the enquiry, but browsing and using the diagnostic do not require submitting one. Contact-form consent does not authorize marketing campaigns.
Technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. The applicable basis and safeguards depend on the provider, service and agreement, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where applicable. Safeguards should not be assumed to be identical for all services or recipients. You may request information about applicable safeguards using our email address.Resend states that it stores data in the United States even when a European sending region is selected, and publishes standard contractual clauses and a data processing agreement. Vercel and Google also publish processing and transfer terms. Public documentation alone does not establish Eleqia’s specific configuration or contractual arrangements. You may request information and a copy of applicable safeguards, with necessary redactions to protect confidential information. Accepting analytics does not waive GDPR transfer safeguards.
We retain enquiries as needed to respond and manage follow-ups, and subsequently only where a legal obligation or liability justifies retention. Technical log retention depends on the hosting provider and configuration. Session storage lasts for the tab session and may be restored if the browser restores that session. Analytics retention depends on the property configuration and is distinct from cookie lifetimes.Resend publishes a 30-day message and log retention period for Free, Pro and Scale plans; Enterprise allows configuration, and backups follow a seven-day cycle. These delivery-service periods do not determine how long an enquiry remains in our mailbox. You may request information about retention applicable to your data. We do not state an unverified numerical retention period for Vercel logs or Analytics events.
Displaying a link does not share your contact form data with the provider. Opening an external website may disclose your IP address, browser, referrer and link parameters, including affiliate identifiers. The destination applies its own policies. Affiliate commission does not add points to comparator scores.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability or objection. Portability applies to automated processing based on consent or a contract; you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing or statutory retention duties. Email the controller with the right you wish to exercise and enough information to locate your data; you do not need to use the contact form or accept analytics. Requests are free except where the law permits a charge. We only request proportionate additional identity information if there are reasonable doubts. We respond within one month of receipt; complex or numerous requests may require up to two additional months, with reasons communicated during the first month. A refusal includes reasons and complaint options. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es) or your competent supervisory authority.
Eleqia is intended for professionals and businesses, not children under 13, and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have received personal information from a child under 13, we will take the deletion or authorization steps required by applicable law. Contact the controller to report such information. We review this policy when processing, providers or technologies change.
Website language and the country selected in the comparator do not determine which privacy law applies. In the European Economic Area, applicable GDPR rights and cookie requirements apply. In the United States, rights may depend on your state of residence, the processing and whether Eleqia meets the applicability criteria of the relevant law; not every state law applies to every business.
Where the relevant state law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy and exercise applicable opt-outs from sale, sharing for targeted advertising and certain sensitive-data uses. We do not sell contact-form data or use it to advertise providers. Email the controller; authorized agents may act subject to applicable law. We proportionately verify requests that require identifying your records, but do not require an account or identity verification to opt out of sale or sharing or to honor GPC. Where California’s CCPA applies, we respond to requests to know, correct or delete within 45 calendar days, extendable by another 45 days with notice; sale or sharing opt-outs are processed as soon as possible and within 15 business days. Other states may provide different deadlines and rights. A refusal explains the reasons and how to appeal where that right exists; send an appeal to the same email address. We do not discriminate against you for exercising rights.
If your browser communicates Global Privacy Control (GPC), Eleqia disables optional analytics even if a previous acceptance was stored. You can continue using the comparator and inspect this preference through Cookie settings. The signal applies in this browser and does not change settings on external websites you visit.
The comparator calculates informational recommendations from your answers and confirmed country. It does not decide credit, employment or access to services, or itself produce legal or similarly significant effects. It does not replace verification of contractual, tax or software compliance requirements.
The Do Not Track (DNT) signal does not automatically change Eleqia’s settings. To block optional analytics, reject it in Cookie settings or use a browser that sends GPC. DNT and GPC are different signals. Google may process visit information when you accept analytics; external websites may use their own tracking systems under their policies.
